Chocolate Fondue 05/16/2010
Last night I wanted to do something fun and entertaining with food, so I gave chocolate fondue a shot and it turned out better than I could have ever hoped! The recipe was very simple: 12 oz chocolate chips 8 oz heavy cream Stuff to dip into the chocolate Heat the chocolate and cream in a double boiler (a large ceramic bowl placed over a saucepan of boiling water) and then just transfer to the fondue pot. Dip and enjoy! My personal favorite was the pound cake dipped in chocolate. This is probably one of the BEST things I have eaten in a while (and I don't even like sweets that much) |
